How to Sign-up / Create Account

  1. Sign up and Create an account on our website http://www.bagsondemand.ph/account/register

  1. Choose on the dropdown list what pricing you preferred:

We advise you choose "Wholesale" if it is your first time to order from us.

One (1) account = One (1) pricing group 

 

Wholesale

  • choose this if it is your first time to order from us and if most of your order is between the quantity of 5-29pcs
  • minimum of 5 items per order is required to get the discount

Bulk

  • choose this if most of your order is 30pcs and above
  • minimum of 30 items per order to get the discount

Resell

  • applicable only to existing customers or to our customers who were able to order wholesale before
  • resell price is a pricing that we provide to customers that ordered wholesale before, if 2nd order did not reach 5pcs instead of getting the retail price we provide them discounted resell price instead
  • you cannot have the resell price if it is your first order and did not reach 5pcs minimum order requirement, you need to order wholesale first
  • this is to protect the interest of our existing wholesale customers, meaning the exclusivity of "resell" price can only be availed by existing wholesale customers (we do not allow first time buyer to avail resell price"
  • choose this if most of your orders are below 5pcs and dropship orders
  • we will only approve "Resell' account pricing if we saw you have ordered before, we have specialist that is assigned to approved account creation.

 

Retail Prices

  • This is the default price you would see right after sign up, because it would take a few hours before your discounted pricing account will be approved.
  • If you do not have an account, the prices that you would see in our website is RETAIL PRICE. This is the Suggested Retail prices of items. You can use the same amount when selling to your customers, or you can set your own retail price. 

 

 

 

  1. Wait for approval of your discounted pricing account within the day. This is to allow our account specialist to check on your details before approving your pricing. You will know that your pricing has been approved if you receive a confirmation email. That is why we suggest to use an active email because it is gonna be our mode of communication and we will send updates via email.

  1. Approval is within 24 hours and log in again you would be able to see the discounted prices based on the pricing you chose upon sign up.

  2. Once your WHOLESALER ACCOUNT is approved, you would now see the discounted prices on our website. See example below.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 1. What if we wanted to choose all 3 pricing, resell price, wholesale price, and bulk price? 

  • You need to have 3 accounts (1 for resell, 1 for wholesale, and 1 for bulk). This is because the website can only tag 1 pricing at a time per customer account. 
  • If your order i 1-4pcs use your resell account, because it is still disocunted and no minimum order. 
  • If your order will reach 5-29pcs (1 address only) use your wholesale account
  • If your order will reach 30pcs and above (1 address only), use your bulk account
  • Please remember that 1 order = 1 address only

 

2. What if we wanted to do dropshipping?

  • On check out just put your customers shipping address instead of yours.
  • Tip: If your order is more on dropship orders, we advise you create an account for “Resell”, and if you want the item to be delivered to your customer, just change the shipping address for that specific order.
  • Billing address should be your own address
  • If you have 2 orders with separate dropship customer, you have to process 2 orders.
  • 1 order = 1 shipping address
  • Shipping fee will be calculated per order and per address, meaning if you have 2 dropship address you should create 2 order and each order will have its own shipping fee
  • If you have 5 items to be ordered and will be ship to 5 customers (meaning 5 different address) you should make 5 different order. 1 order = 1 address. This will not be valid under wholesale price, you will need to create a "resell" account because wholesale price will only apply if you order a minimum of 5 items in 1 website order or 1 address only.

 6. What if we wanted to order and ship it internationally?

  • We have discounted shipping fee via FEDEX, they give us 40% discount for shipping internationally. 
  • To know the shipping fee, just add to cart the items and enter the international address, the website will automatically calculate the shipping fee
  • Shipping fee includes all packaging materials and export declaration documents

8. Where can we see the picture of our shipment so we can send to our customers also?

9. Do you accept CASH-ON-DELIVERY?

  • COD or Cash-On-Delivery is NOT applicable to resellers
  • Retail customers can order COD via our Shopee or Lazada account

10. Can I add the product I want in my "CART" for a longer period of time until I am decided to check out?

  • Yes, but please be reminded that some stocks are fast moving and putting it in the "cart" does not mean it is reserved, to secure the item you need to complete your order and "CHECK OUT"
  • If in case 2 customers added the last piece item in their cart, the first one to check out will get the last piece stock

 

11. Can I add items on my completed order?

We cannot alter or any edit a completed order or any details provided by the customer during ordering process because it is bound by privacy privacy. Also, once an order was placed on our website we print it and reserve it asap because our stocks as fast moving. We suggest that if you have additionals you can reorder it next time to avoid any delays or confusion.

 

12. How to know if the items I am getting has inclusions or accessories?

  • Each item or product in our catalogue has captions, it will indicate whether a certain product has freebies or if a certain product does not include accessories. See example below:

Example1: Kelly Elite printed, on the details and caption you can see that freebies are indicated, meaning the price already includes the accessories

 

Example2: Beachkin 30cm Matte Flap Pocket, on the caption it says accessories sold separately. This means that the price is for the bag only. If you want to add accessories, just look for the item on our website and add it to cart also.

REMINDER: Always check the captions in every item to verify what are the items included.

14. How to know the availability of products

  • All are available and onhand
  • You can also see if the stocks are running low (below 10pcs left) because a note will appear beside the product. See example below:

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT IF A CERTAIN ITEM IS 1 OR 2 pieces LEFT, IT MIGHT BE SOLD OUT IN THE SHOWROOM BECAUSE OF PICK UP CUSTOMERS. IF THAT HAPPENS WE WILL LET YOU KNOW THAT THE ITEM MUST BE CHANGED. IF YOU DID NOT RECEIVE ANY MSG FROM US IT MEANS THE ITEMS IS STILL GOOD AND WE WILL GO ON WITH RESERVATION.

 

15. What if a certain product is sold out? Every when is your restock?

We have been in the manufacturing business for almost 8 years. All products once sold out will be reproduce. For example a certain product is released today, the quantity of that product is around 5000-8000pcs and it will be sold out in just 1 week because our regular customer, resellers, and clients are continuously ordering thru our website. Stocks are fast moving so we suggest once posted on our FB page and website you need to order it asap. Once sold out reproduction will take 5-6weeks and again once restock is finish it will be posted on our FB page and website.

Just a tip, like our FB page and click on "see first" button so that you will be updated on facebook everytime we post new products.

Whenever we have NEW STOCKS we post it both on our FB Page and Website

 

16. How can I receive updates when a product has been restocked?

Good news! 

Before, we cannot notify customers one by one via facebook msg because it is nearly impossible to keep track who needs to be notified and for what item.

But now it is made easier, just click on "EMAIL ME ONCE AVAILABLE AGAIN" button on sold out items and enter your email and you will receive an automatic email update once the item is back on stock!
