‼️Before placing your order, please make sure that your area accepts courier deliveries. We will not be held liable if package does not arrive due to unforeseen circumstances. We are all in the same boat, please understand. Tracking numbers will update in our website once shipped. Order only if you are willing to wait and abide. 

 

 

J&T EXPRESS

For nationwide shipping. Please still expect delays. Please check their page first if they can service your area during Quarantine, check on the link below. 

Shipping schedule will be done as advised by J&T Express. They have limited man power and right now they only pick up once weekly depending on the situation. Once paid all orders are packed accordingly and will be handed over to J&T when they pick-up. Order only if willing to wait.

LALAMOVE/GRAB/TRANSPORTIFY PICK UP

We can accommodate Lalamove pick up but it has to be “no-physical contact” and for us to do this you need to place your order in advance, and after payment  give us 2-3 days to prepare your order and we will give you a go signal if the package is ready for pick-up. There will be a 30php packaging fee for orders book thru third party Vehicle Services

 

STEPS

1. order thru our website and choose Lalamove pick up upon check out

2. pay your order and email proof of payment

3. wait for our confirmation of payment

4. please give us 2-3days for preparation of your order (except Sat and Sunday)

5. once item is prepared and ready for pick up we will email you for the date and time of rider pick up (book this schedule with Lalamove app). We will also provide you the pick up address. Please do not book without our go signal.

**Please advise rider that the payment for the delivery charge will be given at the delivery address and advise to double check the package with your correct name.

 

 

LETTER FROM OUR TEAM 

Good day!

Our in-house staff is working hard to fulfill orders despite of limited manpower. We only have 50% of our working crew this days. J&T Express and Couriers can pick up your orders every Wed and Friday. Packaging and preparing of paid orders is every Tuesday and Thursday. Please allow 2-3 working days after payment for our Team to prepare your orders.

Our Page messenger and email is flooded with messages so please bear with our Team and kindly wait for their reply.

Rest assured our team is doing their best to accomodate all orders despite of curfews and limited working hours.

We will do our very best to produce and serve all of you.
