Terms and Conditions


We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us for any reason. For example, we may reject your order if we know or suspect any fraud or bogus customer. You may only place orders via our WEBSITE (www.bagsondemand.ph) to ensure proper documentation.


The delivery charge may change without prior notice depending on the charges applied by the courier.
The delivery charge does not include any applicable importation charges, taxes and duties by customs in the country where the order is to be delivered. You are responsible for such taxes and duties.


We are happy to accept a return subject to the Return and Exchange Policy below.




• Items purchased online can be returned for a refund via post, or can be returned in-store for a refund or exchange. Items cannot be exchanged via post.
• Items purchased in-store must be returned in-store and not via post.
• Shipping costs will not be refunded if there are other items listed on the original invoice that are not being returned.


If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, one cannot return the goods nor ask for a refund or exchange once a sale in done and the product has no defect.
Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. subject to all other terms and conditions in this policy.
1. Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.
2. Giftcards, sale, clearance and seconds items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you request a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges for in-store purchase) will be refunded to you using BPI or BDO deposit once we have received the returned item back and confirmed that it meets conditions above.
For in-store purchase or pick up at the Showroom, you must returned the damaged item at the showroom to be able to process a refund because the transaction was originally made in-store. You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us especially if it was purchased in-store.
If the defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer, one cannot return the item and demand and exchange or refund. The prohibition covers only factory defects.
We ensure proper packaging so that items are received in proper condition. We have also installed CCTV cameras on our packaging area to ensure all items are complete inside each packages. Photos of each shipment are also posted on our FB Page for resellers who wanted to grab photos of their dropship items.
